What they say about us

Over to our members! Their accounts of their experiences epitomise our missions: to guide, equip, represent, mobilise and anticipate.

Being a member

« The AFMD has been helping us with our diversity management-related objectives for more than five years. The breakfasts are an invaluable source of information. They are a great way to share experiences and they provide the information we need for the day-to-day implementation of our diversity policy. Since the Strasbourg Business School has held the Diversity label since 2012, it was only natural that it should join the leading French hub with its 126 member companies and organisations, who are all part of the same dynamic. »
EM Strasbourg

« The AFMD doesn't shut itself away from its members, but is keen to act as their mouthpiece. So it brings them together on a regular basis, in both working groups and informative breakfasts. It offers us the chance to participate on a regular basis in events, both in Paris and the rest of France. It is regularly called on by the competent administrative authorities to give its opinion, and therefore that of its members, on topical issues, such as traceability tools for recruitment processes or the content of training courses for recruitment professionals. »

« For us, joining the AFMD was a natural decision, as it gave us the opportunity to meet various different organisations, work on and discuss diversity and inclusion, and collaborate in activities to promote them. We believe that the diversity of its membership, which represents the entire economic fabric, is a real bonus during meetings. Its detailed work on many subjects is a tremendous asset as far as our practices are concerned, and the collective intelligence workshops are informative.
Above all, we are delighted to be able to meet genuine enthusiasts with whom we can work to promote diversity and coexistence. »

Being a partner

« Working with the AFMD gives us a chance to gain expertise and receive assistance from professionals at the heart of a network of companies who are all committed to diversity and combatting discrimination. The members of the team are always there for us, they're rigorous and open to experimentation, and they support us and contribute to our discussions in an open and constructive manner. We have entered into a skills partnership with the AFMD, one we can rely on, and which is instrumental in the development of a process and an innovative project which the AFMD agreed to support and assist with from the outset. »
